70 Linda/Lyndas enjoyed another fun L.I.N.D.A. Convention. Our convention began on Friday afternoon with registration. The convention attendees enjoyed a trolley ride to and then a boat ride on the San Antonio River Walk. On Saturday, we had our annual business meeting. Attendees had time to visit the sites in San Antonio. We took our group picture in our western wear before enjoying a scrumptious evening banquet. Our silent auction and raffle raised money for the San Antonio’s Women’s Center. On Sunday morning we presented a check to the Women’s Center. We also collected food and personal supplies for the San Antonio Food Bank. Good-byes and “see you next year” were shared.
